Tea is packed into foil-lined tins at the garden in Nepal and stays sealed until you open it. Nothing is repacked in transit.
WHAT IF IT DOESN'T ARRIVE
If tracking has shown no movement for 7 days, email us and we'll chase the carrier or send a replacement. You won't be asked to wait indefinitely.
