USING THE SITE
You may browse, buy, and share our pages. Please don't copy our photography,
farmer stories, or writing for commercial use without asking — those belong to us
and to the people photographed.
PRODUCTS AND PRICES
We try to describe every tea accurately, but crop, color, and flavor vary by
season that's the point of single-garden tea, and it means the cup won't be identical
year to year. Prices are shown in [USD] and can change without notice. We may
correct pricing or description errors, including after an order is placed; if a correction
affects your order we'll contact you and offer a full refund.
ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We may decline or cancel
any order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was wrong, or we suspect
fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, you get a full refund.
FOOD SAFETY AND ALLERGENS
Our teas are whole leaf and blends, packed at origin. Ingredients are listed on each
product page. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our teas are not
intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you're pregnant,
nursing, or taking medication, check with your doctor before drinking herbal blends.
AGE
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live in order to buy
from us.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES
Payments, shipping, and email are handled by third parties, including Shopify. Their
handling of your data is covered by their own terms and by our privacy policy.
LIABILITY
We provide the site and our products as they are. To the extent the law allows, we
aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability we can't
limit by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
GOVERNING LAW
