COST
Flat rate of $4.95 on orders under $60. Free shipping on orders of $60 and over.
WHEN WILL IT GO OUT
Orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link when it does.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE
5–7 business days after dispatch for standard delivery within USA. Remote addresses can take longer.
TINS TRAVEL SEALED
Tea is packed into foil-lined tins at the garden in Nepal and stays sealed until you open it. Nothing is repacked in transit.
WHAT IF IT DOESN'T ARRIVE
If tracking has shown no movement for 7 days, email us and we'll chase the carrier or send a replacement. You won't be asked to wait indefinitely.
